Gögnin sýna gossprungur og gosop sem myndast við jarðhræringar við Fagradalsfjall á Reykjanesi. Staðsetningar eru fengnar með loftmyndatöku á vegum Náttúrufræðistofnunar Íslands og Náttúrufræðistofnunar, en slíkar myndir voru teknar reglulega á meðan gosinu stóð árið 2021. Gos hófst að nýju þann 3. ágúst 2022 og verður verkefninu því haldið áfram. Reglulega myndast ný gosop á meðan önnur lokast. Í sumum tilfellum byrjar að gjósa á lítilli sprungu sem umbreytist í gosop eftir því sem storkandi kvika hleðst upp. Gögnin eru uppfærð jafnt og þétt þegar nýjar upplýsingar berast og á meðan á gosinu stendur. - - - - The data shows volcanic fissures and craters formed during earth movements at Fagradalsfjall on Reykjanes peninsula. Locations are obtained through aerial photography in cooperation between the Icelandic Institute of Natural Sciences and Institute of Nature Research. The photos were taken regularly during the eruption in 2021. An eruption started again on August 3, 2022 and the project will therefore continue. The data is updated constantly, or when new information is received during the eruption.
